I have been living at Wingate for 4 years , and I must say its a wonderful place to live . One of the reasons is the staff, the office girls are soo nice and professional. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff are timely and knowledgeable. Parking is a big plus, but on the negative side the inner walkways need better lighting and too many stray cats! With that said Wingate is one of the nicer communities in Hamilton Township and I'm a proud tenant
