I moved in here a few months ago because I found it to be one of the cheapest complexes around however I soon realized that with cheap rent comes cheap landlords and cheap neighbors. Basically, they don't care if you have issues with noise because I am sure they hear it all the time and are sick of it. They don't care if there is mold in your apartment because it is not affecting their health. Another problem here is the mail person never delivers my mail to the right address. I find that the landlords find any reason they can to go into your apartment for inspections instead of doing everything at once. If you have a problem, maintenance knocks on your door really early or just enters your apartment and leave things misplaced. People hear like slamming their doors at all hours of the night and have no consideration for people that have to commute early in the morning. I guess most of the people don't have jobs and that's why they stay up all hours of the night, it's very inconsiderate. On top of that, I had some problems with bugs I found them everywhere even on my bed! Unforntaely, I don't feel like moving again cuz I just moved here. Now, I am trapped in this lease and that's something else, as soon as I signed the lease, the landlords were nasty. They put on an "act" to suck you in. Please don't fall for the BS I did.

I have been here for several years and have seen all new doors installed, new trees planted, and most recently new lights along the walkways installed which really makes the complex look like a park. None of the staff has ever been nasty to us. They maintain the apts top notch which may be the reason they need to enter sometimes. So is this what you would call cheap landlords? I don't think so.
