Excellent place to live!! - I looked at a lot of apartments in the area and without a doubt Kuser was the best. It's really well maintained and the staff is excellent. Everything is always taken care of. And let me tell you, the closet space is AMAZING!!! I have a washer & dryer in my apartment, which is awesome. Wingate - The best in the area - I lived in a 2nd floor 1bd apt for 1 year. I would have stayed if not for a job in Georgia. The office staff was always friendly and engaging. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Manager is very rude, place is falling apart but they will tell you that since you are the only one it is happening to it does not matter. Worst place to live if you have a choice go somewhere else no reason to stay there unless they change their staff.

Ghetto Place to live The management staff is highly unprofessional. They dont care about the residence. Several people have been robbed with no sign of forced entry. Meaning it was probably the maintence stuff. They have lots f roaches. The washer and dryers are broke. They charge you late fees
