Red Oak Manor I've read other reviews and its not as bad as they made it.... but I see they were in 2000-2002 and I just moved in in 2008 so from my experience so far, is that its a really nice enviormnet. Maintenance clean yp everyday the structure is nice and I love the unit I'm in.
