I want to actual leasing agreement From: jhy2124@hanmail.net Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I live 136, #1-B. As you know I paid 1 and half deposit (US$1,250) and 2 month rent (US$ 850 times 2 months) on Dec. 28th, 2007. But, I didn't make actual leasing agreement. In the USA, without residency proof, the activities are very limited. So, I can't enroll my children into school and can't take driver license exam. I don't understand why the leasing office doesn't make leasing agreement. I felt I was discriminated because I'm not a native American people but a Korean (Asian race). I paid 2 months rent 1 weeks ago. The leasing office just said that the headquaters doesn't work. It's a time for headquarters to take holidays. The leasing office just said that what the leasing office can do just try to remind this situation to the headquarters. I really was embarassed being treated inapproate manner by leasing office.
