If some one is looking for a 1 br in the highland park area, this is not a bad choice! The rent is pretty low, the apartments are clean - what more can you ask for' The only major problem I had was parking - after about 10:00 it can be tough to find a spot but you can always park on the next street over and walk a block. It is very safe and convenient for Rutgers and New Brunswick. The maintenence staff is a little difficult to get ahold of but if you call in the morning or leave a note with your rent check I have never had any problems. I would definitely live here again if I move back to the area.
