my neighbors are the most inconsiderate people ever

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
The neighbors from upstairs workout,walk around with shoes on, drop stuff, roll stuff, etc. from 12am to 5am. Their alarm clock goes off for hours in the morning when they are not home. The office didn't do a darn thing about it. It's been more than a year now. Maintenance is not adequate either. Don't even get me started on that one. After "repair" flushing the toilet in my apartment and the one upstairs can be heard out on the street. Sounds like a jet-take off. Imagine that in the middle of the night! I'm sick of earplugs! Thank god I'm graduating this year.
