I also tried contacting them for a couple of weeks, to no avail. An acquaintance of mine who lives there showed me her apartment. It's a bit old-styled w/ radiators and creaky floors. However, it's a decent size and the cabinets were quite modern. There was also a lot of closet space. I don't believe there is parking though... Most people either parallel park in the neighborhood or park in the nearby supermarket parking lot.
