BED BUGS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!

We lived in the apatment for 7 months after 1 month we starting noticing bed bug bites and finding them everywhere in the apartment. We were informed this is a building wide problem and that they would keep coming back. On top of the bed bugs, there were multiple types of bugs coming in from the floor board heaters.

Apartments are manily for college age individuals had a tendency to be loud over the weekend.

I would not reccomend this complex to anyone.
