The maintenance crew does shoddy jobs. Leaks all over the place. They hire lifeguards from abroad who cannot speak a word of English and are rude and not helpful. My neighbours had their guests parked in my reserved parking spot over and over again. It's usually not a big deal but on rainy or other days its not fun going hunting for parking.The apartment manangers were not helpful at all. When the maintenance crew is called on an emergency, they hang up or are rude. Most of the residents here complain of the same but its not going to change. Most people live here because of the Rutgers College Bus which stops here. They dont have a choice to move elsewhere.IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DO NOT LIVE HERE ! ( also, the nearby "luxury apartments" TREETOPS is also managed by the same people.
