Spacious and recommended

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Lived here for two years and do not regret it. I lived in the far end of the complex that does not have balconies.
Rents are pricey but apartments are VERY spacious with lots of closets. I was in a first-floor two-bedroom, so I got the added closet that goes under the stairs to the second apartment.
The only problems:
The kitchen cabinets, which were old and did not close properly.
The stove and wall oven, which had to be lit with a match (no pilot light).
We had NO problems with bugs, roaches or bed bugs. You can keep roaches away by keeping your apartment clean and setting up tracks. There ARE lots of spiders (because the complex is surrounded by trees, bushes and woods), but those are no big deal.
The complex is also near some large woods with lots of trails. Unfortunately, I only discovered this my last month there.
