Bad service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have no complaints about the apartment itself but I do have a problem with the fact that our superintendant (or landlord) hasn't installed lights in our livingroom for 3 months already. He had promised us lights the day we moved in and we still dont have any and are using floor lamps instead. That I dont mind, but my main concern is that my roomate has been trying to contact him for over a month regarding our water and he either ignores the call or says he'll be here within the next two days and never shows up. 2 months ago our water was warm (never hot) and we had to make sure our showers were under 10 minutes before the water got cold. But now, our water isnt even warm. It's cold from beginning to end. I often hear neighbors complain about how slow the superintendant is in responding to maintenance. Although the complex isnt bad for its price and location, the maintenance for individual units is horrible.
