Don't Bother!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008 1 response   If you want a non-existant landlord/supervisor, well then, this is the place. Your first opinion will greet you at the door. If you come here looking to see a model apartment, the "Reident Supervisor" has a picture of himself, cross-armed, looking Pi***d off, ON DONALDSON'S PARK APARTMENT OFFICIAL STATIONARY, captioned as follows: "What the F*&# Do YOU Want'!" Really profesional. They shut the heat off BEFORE time and turn it on After time. On both ends of the seasons, while it may have been 40F out, the wind chill whipped it into the 20's, and I LITERALLY sat around in COAT, HAT AND GLOVES, with an electric blanket for warmpth. And I am Disabled! A neighbor had a wshing machine that she stopped using when an adjoining neighbor had their machine physically thrown out a second floor window. (read other revieW) She was told if she didn't get rid of the f'n thing, they were going to come back and take it from her! What do they think they are, NAZIS'! For the exorbitant price coupled with lack of service, you are better off settling elsewhere.
