Manager is extremely rude and unreasonably aggressive. Recently I asked him to paint the walls in my apartment (first time in six years! By rules it should be done each two years.) First he offered me to paint it myself and he ll supply the paint. I can imagine if in the restaurant someone will be offered to get potatoes and meat and cook the meal himself. So I declined. He started to paint my apartment and then left it unfinished (didn t paint one room and a hallway) and when I tried to remind him about it he yelled at me in front of his workers. He screamed that I shouldn t dare to bother him with it, that I m not only tenant in his apartment complex, and so on, and then he slammed the door into my face. It was in the office during working hours. I know it s hard to believe. I was shocked. It s a third day I can not calm down.

I HEAR YOU!!! I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT AN APARTMENT AND HE TOLD ME TO HURRY UP AND THAT HE HAD NO TIME FOR THE BULL ----!!!! SO SAYS THAT TO SOMEONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT!!!!! THEY NEED TO FIND A NEW PERSON!!!!

That is weird, anytime I have asked him for any maintenance he has always been very pleasant and acted super fast.

yeah ur right the manager sucks, my kitchen was flooded all weekend and he gave me a hard time. I just wanted to have someone clean it and he made it seem like it was my fault. And said if i have a problem with it to move out! and he doesnt want to hear my Bitching, and moaning was his exact words!!!!

Hi, I'm The Manager. I only asked this women for some cooperation. She wanted us to first primer the walls with tinted primer.Then come back & paint the walls with the colors. Notice I said "COLORS" I was willing to paint White on White,that is all I am allowed to do! She wanted every room a different color!! Then she was Entering the Maintenance shop going to a laborer trying to get what she was told she could not have. She has lived here for 5 years, if this is her biggest problem with me,I think I'm doing pretty good. :)
