Roaches...rude neighbors...parking issues, noise, riff raff

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
I almost got evictied because my neighbor under me said that I walked around too loudly, and managemnt backed her in it. The apartment is ok, but the laundry downstairs had a bunch of roach carcasses.. so I called the Board of Health and then they cleaned up. I hated the place and moved elsewhere
