I lived in this place for 5 months about 3 years ago and to be honest, couldn't wait to get out. There were so many problems with these apartments that I don't know where to start. First and foremost, we had no control over the heat in the apartment and during the winter nights it would get extremely cold and especially in the mornings; and then it would be times where the temperature would be 85 degrees and then drop to 50..very uncomfortable. Second, since the apartment was carpeted, it had retained many of the smells of previous occupants, and although we cleaned it once a week with a carpet treatment, we were never able to get rid of the smell, my clothes smelled of it to a point that when I would go to see my parents they would wonder what that smell was. The bathroom was very old and we had to move the showerhead because it was placed at the middle of the tub rather than at the end as it would normally be, and that did not help much because many times the water would go in the toilet next to the bathtub, that was kinda funny for a day, but when you have to live with it, its just plain ridiculous. The building was also very dirty, unkept and old, and we were able to hear much of our neighbors conversations. Parking was beyond the point of repair, very limited, very bad, and if it happened to snow, then things got 10 times worst.
I was very happy to leave and I would not recommend it to any one.
