Pros:
-5-10 minute walk from the Rutgers campus bus shelter on River Rd.
-10-15 minute walk to the train station and downtown NB.
-Heat, water, and sewage included in rent.
-Safe and quiet neighborhood.
-Located right behind Dunkin Donuts and other stores on Raritan Ave.
-Ample parking.

Cons:
-Bathtub has an awkward layout w/ the shower head in the middle. The tub is made out of cast iron which makes it difficult to clean.
-They pump the heat on in the winter but this problem is resolved by opening the window. (Heat is included in the rent so I really can't complain. Its better than freezing your butt off.)
-Not enough closet space!!!
-Make sure to lock your door!!! A while ago, I accidentally left my apt. door open to go pick up my laundry. When I returned, I found my door open. I proceeded to the bedroom and then went back into the living room and found my neighbor rummaging through my purse. But this was a one time only thing. Overall, its a very safe neighborhood.
-The sink backs up from time to time but its no biggie.
-Horrible paint job. I find it difficult to clean the walls in the kitchen because the paint wasn't applied evenly..a lot of bumps and cracks.
