I lived here for a year. The apartment was a very good value. Spacious, wood floors, lots of light. The apartments are pretty different from one another, so it's worth looking at several ofthem. Laundry room was nice to have nearby but the machines didn't clean all that well. The place could be pretty noisy at times; quite a lot depends on who is living above you. The heat in the wonter was odd, full blast and you had to open the windows. Parking used to be a problem but is great since they started a parking permit program; one neighbor was unable to park there though because she didn't have the car registered in hername. Maintenance people always took a couple days but did get stuff fixed.
