Great place if you are on the top floor or have quiet people above you

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
The good things about this place are: Good location, nice hard wood floors (if your lucky), large apartments. The draw back is that the floors amplify even the slightest sounds above you, and if your neighbor refuses to put down carpets, you'll get a rude wake-up call every morning! The old management was nicer. Also, this place is a bit pricy for what you get.
