Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
the walls are paper thin, cant turn down the heat (and if you try and the radiator leaks YOU have to pay for them to fix it), took them 3 weeks to fix my shower, TONS of roaches in the laundry rooms, IMPOSSIBLE to get parking.
