This place is a nightmare sometimes. As im typing this, my ceiling is leaking. This isn't the first time water has come through my ceiling, but this time its ruined some expensive electronics i have in my apartment. I tried knocking upstairs, and no one is home. I called maintence, and they told me to bascially F### off. And that they will hadle it tommarow. Last time this happened the upstairs apartment was ruined. This is a great represntation of this place. My bathroom tiles have fallen off the wall multiple times. The water does'nt go down the sink....and the sink will stay full of water for almost an hour. Which is awsome for when i shave..because the water doesnt go down, and when i get home i have to clean a ring of hair from my sink.
Last week the front door knob complety fell off the main exit door. Which was awsome if there was a fire. And it wasn't fixed until people started calling intensely b/c they couldnt get to work. The mainetence people dont speak ANY english, so its like talking to a trained chimp...you sound out words and hope they follow you.
The frige they give you is extra good as well. One day it will be luke warm, and without adjusting it...it will freeze every soda in your fridge, causing them to explode.
The walls are ultra thin as others have stated, and i can hear my neighbors tv loud and clear. You can also hear more "intimate" moments when your trying to sleep.
While i have been here they changed property managers. The one thats here now is horrible. She could care less who you are, or about your needs. I requested one day that she not do maintence on my aprtment b/c i wouldnt be home. She fought with me about it, and then finally gave in. I came home to maintence workers in my apartment.
And finally the awsome parking lot. The location is prime for going to Rutgers, so poeple love to park there and take the bus. No one is ever towed, and if you dont get home by a certain time, you cant park. In the winter its 1000 times worse because they hardly plow. So it becomes a free for all to get parking spots.

pretty much everything written above is true. I live in these aparments now, and cannot wait to move out! Rediculous price for such sh*thole. In addition, beware of coming outside in the spring-- they put tons of cheap mulch outside and the whole place reeks. Also, roaches are a BIG BIG BIG problem. They never completely leave the place even if fumigated extensively. This place is evil :(
