I have lived here for about a year and haven't had nearly the problems that the last person was talking about. Maintenance has always taken care of my requests and they are very polite. The last person who referred to them as 'trained chimps' is obviously elitist and ignorant. The current property manager moved me in and has always been nice - perhaps the person in the last complaint should try being nice to the staff. As for noise, you do hear the normal stuff, but IT IS an apartment building - so what do you expect' Perhaps other people are only upset about hearing the 'personal' things because that's the only time THEY hear it. I love my apartment and it's convenient for work in NB.
