I've had horribly inconvenient, ongoing problems with my radiators. I imagine water leaks right through to the floor below. The maintenance guys themselves are great--they come right away and try their best. However, when their best isn't enough, the higher ups in the organization don't seem to care and make no efforts to call in help. It's been a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend risking it here.
