...i recently moved to h/m apts. i have moved four times in four years and i finally found a place where i'm content. i love the hardwood floors, the bathroom is really nice, black and white...easy to decorate. i like that the studio comes with a dressing room. i am very pleased with the unit, the staff, the location. they do a great job. i feel very secure on the grounds. lots of residents have cats. my building is very quiet at night. college students, families, young professionals. there's at least four parking lots, street parking, and several garages available for $80/mnth.

do you have any roach problems? hope you see this to respond in time. i am planning to rent here....

no cockroaches. i am on the third floor, but i have a few friends on the first floor of my building and they haven't had any problems. exterminators spray the units, you get a schedule when you move in. the management is really on top of it b/c i guess it was an issue in the past.

OH HEllS YEAH it was an issue in the past. I lived there in 2002 and we had many roaches. I wrote to the dept of health about it, both in the apt and in the basement, carcasses everywhere in the basement. I went to find an apt elsewhere and sublet the rest of my lease as we couldnt take it any more
