I wanted to see an apartment and kept calling but no one ever picked up.. finally i was in the area with my roommate and thought it would be a great time and opportunity to see the apartment.. so i called one more time and some woman finally answered.. i asked if we could see something but she seem very rude and said we needed to hurry and get there b/c she only shows apartments with appointment only! i mean come on.. dont you want to rent y would you treat a prospect that way.. n e way... we get in she was rushing us and said she had no time for us.. then took us to this one bedroom, by the way is was alll ripped up... and said there here it is... there wasnt even a toilet in the bathroom (AT THAT THE APARTMENT WASNT EVEN THAT BIG IT WAS ABOUT 500 SQ FEET I SEEN OTHERS WAY BIGGER FOR A BETTER PRICE)... so i started to ask some questions and she refused to answer b/c she said i need to make another appointment b/c she was way too busy for us... to find out the reason why she was so busy was BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ONE OF THEIR SUPERS!!!!! COME ON NOW WE ARE NOT 5 YEARS OLD... I THINK SINGING HAPPY BIRTHDAY COULD OF WAITED AT LEAST ALITTLE MORE THAN 2 MINUTES WHICH WAS THE TOTAL TIME WE WERE THERE... me and my room mate were so made that we waisted our time that we just left and said forget it.. WE REFUSE TO RENT WITH A COMPLEX THAT CANT EVEN GIVE US SOME OF THEIR TIME.. I CAN IMAGE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I WAS A TENANT!!!

SO DONT EVEN BOTHER!!!!! SHE DIDNT EVEN GREAT US!!!!! WE LEFT THERE WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROPERTY

I am a resident at HMA and I know the office gets VERY busy. Residents at this complex are treated like gold. Maintenance requests are taken care of they day you call. Improvements are made all the time. Friendly neighbors. Nice playground for the kids. Cats are welcome! They don't allow walk-ins b/c they don't need walk-ins. They get ENOUGH appointments and they rent out apartments in a snap!!! I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I HIGHLY recommend Highland Montgomery Apartments!!!

Okay, that was clearly written by someone who works for Highland Montgomery. I lived there for 2 years, and I do NOT recommend it. We had horrible, horrible problems with the radiators, and the maintenance guys were great about coming but the big-ups did nothing about for several MONTHS. It was ridiculous. There's also a very high turnover rate in the office so the woman who showed you the apartment was probably on the verge of quitting anyway. Other than that, it's in a very nice area!

I used to live there in 2002 and I'll tell you that it was awful, we found roches in our apt and in the washer/dryer area... miserable place, and the office staff was rude and unhelpful.

If anyone wants the true information about the property then I would suggest to stop by the property and speak to the Residents that actually live here. I did, Residents, police dept. and even the mailman had good things to say. No one is perfect but to say rude things like that is not called for. Sorry if you had a bad experience but I have not and other Residents who live here have told me the same. BY THE WAY, I AM MOVING IN!

I have been living here at HM for the past three years. I live in building 140. I REALLY enjoy living here. It isnt the biggest place, but it is very clean. I never had a problem with roaches and the staff is AMAZING!! ANYTIME i have a problem they fix it right away. Cheryl is very friendly and I have never experienced anything negative from her. I am a female who lives alone and I feel very comfortable living here. The only thing I would like is a pool.
