I lived in the apartments for 1.5 year, and was quite happy with it. The house was not new, but it was well maintained. Any issues that I had were timely addressed by property management.

Sounds from neighbor appartments could be heard quite well. So, you have to consider this if this is sensible for you.

I liked the location as it was quiet and in 15 min. walk to train station. Hardwood floors were a plus for me. Price was very good by the comparison with everything else that I saw in 5 mile radius while looking for apt to rent.
