I have lived here for six months now. All in all it is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The woman who runs the office is delightful. She normally gets back to you the same day you call. The maintenance staff also normally gets to your issue the same day. True it is a bit noisy at times with the radiator and thin floors. In general the area and neighbors are very quiet. I have seen a few cockroaches but hardly any.
