I'm sure there have been a lot of comments re: this place already but if you were to ask me, I can say mostly positive things than negative. This is based on my 9-plus years' living in this community.

I'd looked into a lot of places in Central Jersey, including Highland Park, when I was apartment hunting back in 2000. Apparently, Highland Montgomery stood out from the rest due to its tangible and intangible amenities.

Over the years, this place started to grow on me. During this period, I'm not sure how many times management changed hands but I had no problem whatsoever in dealing with the property manager or the maintenane crew if I had any issues. Also, neither did I encounter any complaints from my neighbors, nor did I have reason to make any.

At present, I think Cheryl & her staff are doing a great job in managing this small community and I would certainly recommend this place to potential tenants !!!

buildings 126 and 138 are infested with roaches.
