bad fixtures, building falling apart, noisy neighbors, parking is a nightmare. roaches, roaches, and roaches. broken washer and dryer units that steal your money. tiles falling of the walls. paint job is horrible.. maintenance issues have to be fixed SEVERAL TIMES. Leaks, Leaks, broken pipes, and more leaks. a total nightmare all around!
