terrible manager!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This place is not too bad, but the manager is a horrible lier. I called her THREE times for installing a AC, she always said "ok, we will go and check this afternoon. Somebody needs to be at home." I stayed at home from work three times, but nobody ever came.

As a matter of fact, it is also my neighbors saying that she always says yes,but doesn't do the job. More frustrating is, you can never find her boss's contact information to file a complaint.

I am moving out!
