office lady - doesn't follow through on resident issues and requests

To get a problem addressed, you have to the office and try to speak with a manager. Otherwise, your calls, emails, and requests will go unanswered. Go in person, get the property manager. The lady at the front desk will just make empty promises. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
