If you're lucky enough to have a spot in the garage, parking isn't a problem. If not, unless you're home for the night by 7pm, the lots fills up very quickly and you have to find street parking. Adjacent to Rt. 27 so we hear very loud sirens at all times of the day, not a quite complex. Units themselves aren't bad at all but the outside of the building and hallways are a bit dingy. You do not control heat in the winter but by opening the windows it's not bad. Air conditioning is very poor in the summer however, bring a fan. Staff and maintenance are very friendly. Walls are thin, you will hear your neighbors. Nice walking distance to New Brunswick and Highland Park downtown. Not enough laundry machines and the elevator breaks every so often. Just adequate overall, but not at all expensive.
