My fiance and I started looking for apartments in New Brunswick and surrounding neighborhoods. We saw many apartments, but the Parktowne House Apartments was the best - the price, the neighborhood (minutes from New Brunswick and NJ transit), the management and staff (Jackie you are the best!), the cleanliness of the building, as well as the laundry room and the spacious apartment were amongst the things that attracted us to this complex. From day one, Jackie (the community manager) was very helpful in making sure everything gets done and done right by the move in date. The apartment was in perfect condition when we moved in. Having lived in the apartment for almost 2 months now I can honestly say that whenever I need something done in the apartment or find out something about billing (or otherwise) it always gets done in a timely manner. The building and the floors are very well kept, always clean. Jackie is always available to answer any questions and works very quickly to get issues resolved. It is truly a great building and apartment with a staff who work very hard to keep it that way!
