This apartment complex is a part of Kamson Corporation. The management does a poor job in returning calls and is late for appointments. Management is not on-site and doesn't have convenient hours for people who work. The new on-site maintenance guy is terrible. He is unfriendly, his workmanship is poor, and he doesn't respond to pages. Also the apartments need to have their windows replaced because they are falling apart and look terrible. A few apartments appear to have had new windows installed, but not many. The laundry room is junky but there is a laundromat near the complex. The place is really over-priced for what you get.
