We love the 1 bedroom apartment we have lived in for a while. When we got here, part of the draw was the wonderful super Don who showed us around and was so genuine and caring. Unfortunately for us, he left and was replaced by the worst super, Dave, I have ever seen. Not only is he incompetent, but he is incredibly rude to the point of being mean. He thinks nothing of yelling at his residents for bothering them or telling them they'll "just have to wait" for an important repair. He has spoken badly about residents to other residents, and has made it a very uncomfortable place to live.

Management is a large corporation and stay out of your way, but often to the point of ignoring problems and issues that need to be dealt with.

We will be leaving soon in part because of the super...Good luck if you rent here
