NO NO NO bad fixtures, building falling apart, noisy neighbors, parking is a nightmare. roaches, roaches, and roaches. broken washer and dryer units that steal your money. tiles falling of the walls. paint job is horrible.. maintenance issues have to be fixed SEVERAL TIMES.

FANTASTIC I have lived at parktowne for three years and I loved it. I lived on the top floor and I got the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Its in a convenient location. Jackie has been wonderful with all her help and so has the maintenance guys. I don't want to leave but my job options
