Orchard Gardens 61% Recommended May 08 2008: I recently moved in to Orchard Gardens and I'm very happy so far. I love my apartment and the neighbors in my building are so kind. I really feel like I found a home for the first time since graduation. Parktowne House Apts. 0% Recommended Apr 30 2008: If you're lucky enough to have a spot in the garage, parking isn't a problem. If not, unless you're home for the night by 7pm, the lots fills up very quickly and you have to find street parking. Adjacent to Orchard Gardens 61% Recommended Mar 20 2008: The office manager is never responsible and your claimed problems always got several months to be fixed after you visit or call countless times. Also not a safe place to live. Highly not recommended. Forest Glen 70% Recommended Jan 16 2008: I really liked this apartment and people. However we have got late payment notices recently which arose from 2005!! It is from 2005!! They asked us to pay the late fees for the something misunderstanding from 2005!! Can you believe Adelaide Gardens 38% Recommended Jan 08 2008: I live 136, #1-B. As you know I paid 1 and half deposit (US$1,250) and 2 month rent (US$ 850 times 2 months) on Dec. 28th, 2007.
