I have lived here for almost 3 years now, and have no issues. I picked this place cause it was cheaper and had more character than the "cookie cutter" apts that line plainsboro road. I like the large deck and private entrance. The apartment was clean when I moved in, and everything has worked well. I know the downstairs tennants have had some problems with leaky basements, but that is the only negative thing I have heard.
