This was my first apartment after moving from home. I lived there for two years and had a generally postive stay. Just like any apartment complex, it's a hit or miss depending on your neighbors. There are many families and kids will play outside. And kids can be loud on occasions. There will also be loud music played on occasions, especially on weekends. On the weekends the basketball and volleyball courts are filled. I've never had any safety concerns or felt unsafe. I had a brand new car when I moved in and never had a problem. If I had any maintanence issues, they were attended to promptly. For the price, I recommend the place.
