I've lived in Beekman Gardens for about 5 years and I can't wait for my lease to be up again so I can get out. My front lawn holds about 50-100 corona caps and cigarette butts at any given time. My neighbors park junk cars in all the spots in front of my apartment, so I often have to carry laundry and groceries from far across the lot. I've had neighborhood kids break my lock trying to break into my apartment. The laundry room is unusable - machines always broken and one time there was diarhea all over the floor (I'm seriously not kidding.) If you don't get up at 5 a.m., don't move here - that's when the landscape trucks show up to pick up all the workers, honking outside my bedroom window repeatedly. The people who live there are inconsiderate slobs, they'll park their cars behind yours so you can't get out, let their dogs outside with no leash, blast obnoxious spanish music from their busted car stereos on full blast all day... I HATE IT HERE!!!

I don't doubt your misery, but WHY would you stay for FIVE YEARS of misery??? It's a rental, move out after one year maybe even 2 but 5????
