This one's a bit odd. The hallways, elevators, is basically just a messy dump. The inside of the apartments are pretty good though. They're large, spacious, heating/cooling is adequate, nice balconies. They were cheaper than almost anything else in that area, or in central jersey for that matter when I was there. Plenty of parking, though if you have friends come over get a temporary parking permit or the parking ----'s will come and tow your car, which they end up doing almost every night to someone. The tenants there range from professionals, students, to the odd, and to the scary. One woman I saw almost every day in the elevator as I guess we leave at the same time tells me she just spoke to God and God says everything is good. Very weird. Some other tenants are scary, look a bit like criminals. I never felt threatened however, no break ins or anything. It was generally quiet, except for the Chinese guy beneath me who cranked up the television every night till 1:30 watching the Chinese Station. Kinda weird trying to sleep with that on. Security is bad, the side doors to the stairways were broken so anyone can get into the building. The stairways themselves were nasty as anything , smells like pee, spray paint all over the walls, and just plain filthy. Washers and dryers in the basement were expensive and hard to get use of much of the time.
