Old, but quiet!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Merits:
1. Quiet place - concrete walls, sound proof.
2. Price is ok.
3. Feels safe.
4. Ample parking.
5. Didn't have any problems with the management.
Demerits:
1. Laundry room - washer/dryer a little expensive, always busy. You'd be better off taking your clothes to a coin laundry
2. Elevators get stuck at least twice a week. Old and dirty. They really should replace it.
3. Carpets are old and dirty looking.
4. Stairs are really dirty. A little paint would go a long way to make it better.
5. Heating bills are way too high. Average utility bill in winter: $400. In summer: $130.
