My family & I had a wonderful experience living in Claremont Towers for 4 years. I was very pleased with my renovated apt. especially the new appliances & cabinets in the kitchen. The laundry facility is conveniently downstairs in the basement and opened 24hrs. Whenever I needed something to be fixed, I could rely on the maintenance to follow up in a timely manner. At times, the staff would go beyond their "call of duty" by shoveling my car out of the snow. I, personally, never had a problem with the management office. They always treated me with kindness and respect and acted in a professional manner. I was very pleased having quiet and friendly neighbors. Overall, my family and I had a positive experience living in Claremont Towers. Considering I used to live in an older apt, the new management has certainly made major improvements in repainting the hallways & buildings, maintaining the landscapes...most recently the new elevators. It's definitely a desirable community to live in!
