Just wanted do give my honest opinion about the towers!!
I moved in on Nov/2007, and the first thing I notice was that the windows/sliding doors are really old and not insulated at all, also you can feel the cold air coming in from under it as well. The screen to keep the bugs out is a joke, they always find the way in!! We had a couple of leaks from the apartment upstairs, but it was fixed quickly! Every time we had issues with any appliance they were fixed the same day or the day after! I found the staff really helpful at the times I needed!
There is plenty of parking space, it s a little dark at night, but nothing to be scared off! There are only 3 washers/driers in the laundry room - not enough for all the tenants, but if you get up early in the morning you ll have them all for yourself until 930am. They just finished the renovation of the elevators.
Some times you ll hear noise from the neighbors but nothing really that bad! Normal kids noise during the day and very quiet during the night. Also sometimes you have to hold your breath when walking down the hall to your apartment due to the smell of food being cooked.
I wish they would give us more for the money we pay - carpet cleaning once a year, $$ off your rent , etc - for the tenants that stay after the first year, it really would be a plus!!
