I don't recommend renting here

We lived here for 6 months in building 776.
Windows are not properly insulated. It's a nightmare in winter. Extremely high electricity bills in winter (as high as $600/month), trust me we paid those high bills.
At the end we were not paid back the entire security deposit despite all the effort we put in cleaning carpet, kitchen & bathroom.
Poor maintainence, stinking corridor, rude management, high rent and nightmare winters.
I definitely don't recommend any body.

You probably are paying $600 for utilities due to the fact of 24hrs a/c or heating. Conserve energy is the solution.

I agree with everything but the rude management. They were always helpfull when we needed them. the windows/sliding doors are in really bad condition, there's no way to keep the cold air out during the winter!

agree, it is awful! 400 electric bill with heat set at 55-60 in the evenings, no heat during the day. windows and door is terrible. management never comes to repair/paint and argue with you first. halls stink, steps are unsafe with garbage left in the stairwell. counting down until my lease is up.
