Pros
- lots of parking
- apartments are clean and appliances new
Cons (mostly the same as other reviewers)
- very high electrical bills in winter and poor heating (one bill last winter was $400 and my thermostat was never set above 65 degrees)
- poor air conditioner (always runs and apartment never seems to cool)
- musty smell in building and apartments
- front and back doors are always propped open
- laundry room is very poor - one washing machine would stop mid-cycle if set on hot and tenants often left clothes in machines for hours on end
- elevators were quite often broken for long periods of time (when this happened people would leave through the side doors, resulting in constant, earth-shaking door slamming)
- rent is way too high for what you get
Every building has problems and I would have been content to put up with pretty much everything I've mentioned here aside from the heat/electricity issue. In winter months you may be paying $1500-1600 to stay in a one bedroom apartment. For that amount of money you can find something much better.

I think he meant the total cost of $1500-$1600.
But everything he wrote is right!
