Where do I begin'! These buildings were constructed as cheaply as possible. The walls are paper thin and if you live on the first floor you will hear every step your neighbor upstairs makes. When it?s very quiet, I can even hear the guy upstairs urinating in his toilet! Squirrels live in the attics of some buildings and mice are a problem every Spring and Autumn. The grounds are poorly maintained. The grass has lots of weeds, many of the trees and bushes are overgrown and are only trimmed a couple of times a year if we are lucky. Trash and beer bottles will lay where they were dropped until they blow away or a disgusted resident throws it away. The people who work in the office and in maintenance couldn't care less about fixing problems in your apartment or maintaining the grounds. Nothing is ever fixed the first time you call. Count on having to call 3 or 4 times before any action is taken. Don?t bother calling about trash laying around, you?re wasting your breath. Complaining to the property management company is also a waste of time. I have been a fool for putting up with this for so long. Learn from my mistake! SAY NO TO BAD LIVING!

oh my godness. there are more illigal immigrants here than american citizens . how does hillsborough gardens let these people live here. I think maybe we should ask carlos? there are bikes locked to trees, there are beer bottles everywere. the -------- who are here illgally, some urinate outside here on the grounds.there are numerous 1 bed apartments that have 3 4 5people living in them. the police are always called to come here. I truly believe that one of the apartments is a safehouse for some of the new arrivals. I see people with backpacks walking into these places, maybe they just arrived? I don't know. all I know is that farm rd in 08844 is out of control...im out of here. please do yourself a favor. don't move here unless you just crossed the border.
