I absolutely agree with everything written in previous reviews! They are right on the money, but allow me to add that the complex will tow your car (without advance warning) when they "repaint the parking lines". They will tell you that it's going to happen on a certain day, but won't do it until a week later...after you've moved your car back into the lot because they didn't do the maintenance at the scheduled time! Also, large centipede-like bugs come crawling out of the many cracks and crevices along the floorboards at night. YUCK!
