DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I have had problems with roach sitings for over a year when the downstair tenant moved in, nevermind the numerous times I had to call the cops because they partied late at night! Now they have been evicted and I still have bugs, including BED BUGS!!!! They've had someone come out twice to exterminate, but they are still there. I have thrown out my bed, bags of clothes, shoes and toys and have asked for a reduction in rent based on case law I read. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REDUCE MY RENT. I have informed the Board of Health and am considering contacting the media (contacted 7 On Your Side already) about it. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! DON'T COME HERE!!!
