After Reading all of these Reviews I felt It Only Smart to Spill My Experience.
Let me Tell you, What a Lovely Place!!!!!!!!!!!

If in saying that of course You Like Bees getting in to your bedroom, Bed Bugs Eatting you alive In your sleep, 2 days Notice before a mandatory Roach Spraying ( especially when someone You live with has respiratory problems), Awful Construction ( yes Your walls will be Construction Paper thin at best, a little better then typing paper I give them that, The Doors however Will be aproximately strong enough to not get a hole in them if breeze comes by, *BUT* a breeze is strong enough to move the bedroom door because the door fixtures may not be properly installed)! If Your all about ANT INFESTATION IN THE SPRING AND SUMMER, this place is right up your alley, High In Protein Dont You KNoW. Ancient appliance can be Tasteful, and nostalgic, HOwever it would be nice if they worked properly. The Illegals who sound like a stampeding herd of elephants, of course only when they are packed 5 into a 1 bedroom apartment upstairs, are generally the nicest people you will encounter in your visit. They Generally kept to themselves, except for the occasional "Hi". Very distinct story about one of the gentleman actually, After one of my Many stints dealing with bed bugs which apparently originated in another aptmnt surrounding me ( remind me to touch on that in a minute HAHA) This Nice Gentleman Who barely spoke english came over to help me move some furniture I decided to get rid of, which Might I add Was Much More Helpful and caring then The Property managers were the entire stay at this WHITE TRASH HEAVEN! Oh yes, Now Back to the surrounding apartments, aside from being forced to listen to neighbors In their Most intimate moments, I am Now a Spanish Music Connisiour, as since the contruction is so poor, All You heard was their Music BLASTING from oh 7:30 Am till 11 or so PM. Back to the People, There was a Very Nice gentleman who lived above me When I had first moved in there, only complaint was heavy footed, But the Nicest Man! After that it just drastically went down hill! There was a Family There, Who Had Several children whom they never supervised, these were Young children! Once while in the parking lot I was asked if I wanted to go skiing, To the common Person, translation, "Do You want to do a line'" There was several belligerently drunk people getting rowdy frequently, inturn leading to cops being called HEY ATLEAST YOUR SAFE WHILE THE COPS ARE THERE! I even came home one time to find children from the local school smoking pot on my front steps. I Highly Doubt It has gotten Any better, BUT WHO COULD AS FOR MORE IF YOUR DEAF Dumb BLinD and Poverty stricken This Will seem Like Your staying at the HIlton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May I say More Power to anyone Who Can Deal with Poor Property Maintenance, Mangers, Inhabitors, and CONSTRUCTION!

I agree, I've live there it's hell. I got out of there and moved to another complex within Hillsborough. I'd rather pay a bit more but have decent neighbors and property management. The worst is the white leasing agent at Hillsborough Gardens. Have you been asked if for a ride by your leasing agent. I was told by few of the neighbors that she's been asking quite a few of her tenants for such favors. Now you tell me if that's not low. With recession you'd think she'd offer to pay for gas for a ride, rather than asking people for free ride like they are loaded. How un-professional and I can't believe that the Owner/Management has this type of Leasing Agent leasing his property out. Now what do you expect for tenants to do especially with all other crap that that goes on at Hillsborough Gardens and Beekman Gardens. But wait, top that she's the biggest racist you've ever heard. My god, I've met previous tenants as I have lived in Hillsborough for a long time that once in a while you bump into someone at the grocery store and happen to converse, well they all make the same statement "Is that same racist of a Leasing Lady still there" That has just blown me away that an owner has a racist run his business. And here is where you want to reside? Aside from that the property manager is not on site and she's very nasty if you call to place a complaint. Yes, you're absolutely right about jack ass neighbors that are totally inconsiderate and that the only time you feel safe is if you have a dog or if the cops come to arrest or something for one of these illegals that live there. One would think that the owner or management would be concerned. The police officers don't care is because they say that the management don't care and doesn't do anything that they are called here all the time for issues like this. Then there is a drunk that works for DOT, even goes to work drunk and we pay the state for these type of idiots who are driving one of those snow trucks on the road drunk during daytime. Now mind you this woman brings her truck at her apartment. Now there are children that play there and other tentants walking. This woman could injure or kill someone. But has the owner/management done anything yet. No. This woman has harrased so many neighbors. Police has been called numerous times on her just for popping fire crackers from her balcony and having drunk hissy fits in middle of parking lot. She's not directly above or below me but bld across. Now police has come there many times, her boyfriend lives nearby and she told the neighbors that his house is infested with cockroaches. Go figure, has property management done anything about this? No, nothing & this has been going on for years. Oh and Beekman Gardens, another trash of Leasing Agent as the owner/Property management are same for Hillsborough Gardens and Beekman Gardens. Find any other apartment other than these. Same crap goes on except Beekman are worst.

Ithink people talk alot of -------- if tenants stop dumpster hopping and over crowing the apartments and stop bringing there family into a apartment the better they would be so ease up on the rental agent she has a boss like the rest of ours she is open 7 days a week shes under paid and maybe she asks for a ride maybe because she doestnt drive wat does it hurt to help someone . and as far as the ditwit that calls her racist are you from mexico maybe are mad becaues you dont have your corona get a life i think maybe carlos got to you.just because you haveto clean up your balcaneys dont take your bullshtit out on other people ditwits people bring in bed bugs&roaches not apartments do some reading maybe you would learn something just put your beers down first

ive lived here for three yrs the only thing i hate is these people that over crowed and party day in and day out dont these people work for a living anymore i feel i live in mexico beer bottles everywhere and the super is the biggest ------- ive ever seen i always see him driving but nothing else.

I think the changes that are being dow is a start at least there trying to improve the complex its the stuped people that mess things up here. and that super is horrible if your not spanish he wont help no one.and that nasty lady in the main office i wish they would let her nasty ass go no one likes to call her they have donna call her instead. donna is very helpfull she can only do so much but she is a nice lady that has to put up with all the ass holes that talk a bunch of ----.then she has to put up with a ------- of the complex. then there pulling bushes it looks like ---- they should put flowers that would be nice and when is this office going to be done? get this i was on my balconey and the owneri guess was yelling in the parking lot no class in my book.

i do not think that names of people being attaked should be posted unless you get 2 sides of the story. i work at another community in another county and ia am being attacked by some real wackos. we are at their mercy. sometimes you have to act human when you are being pointed to in the face or dealing with a legit and certified mental person. we in mngt or office staff are at the mercy to have their names in these reiews and i dont think it is a good practice. you need both sides of the story.

u know something i live next to these kids they have know respect for others they party to 2am i had to call the cops on them i had enough they need to party somewhere besides keeping others awake. ths atey have people coming and going all hrs of the night its people like this that make it bad .ill call the cops and press charges next time

I am so happy i am out of hear i've been hear for two years and nothen for nothen but the people hear are ignorant they want to pick on other people. i have met the people in the rental office and they arenice people and yes they are having problems but everyone has them people need to grow up and for the people who talk have nothen to talk about. one more thing everyone should keep there eyes open couse i think their is a child malester in the complex so watch your kids people. and another thing for the new people watch who you talk to there are lieing theves that live hear. you can say hi but don't let in your house

I cant believe it know one is safe anymore thats why we have to be very careful even us as adults there are nuts around i walk my kids to school at least that way i know there safe.
