In 2002,I was living on claremont towers and wanted to move cos , the place was coming expensive , poor maintenance ,In winter we had to put on jackets in thre rooms cos heating is electric and building has cracks(invisible) so soon as you turn off the heat, comes back to square one(cold), the only alternative is to dress up like you are outside so you will feel fine, i wanted to move close by, so i decided to try kimberwyck village this lady told me i gotto pay $50 fee for forms and assured me that i will get the appartment and $50 is non-refundable, they just robbed me of that amount knowing i will not be giving the appartment, i really hate the place now and will not recommend anyone to go there
