Beekman Gardens - I moved into a renovated unit 6 months ago and haven't had any problems at all. The leasing office staff was friendly from my first contact and continue to be that way. I did need to have a repair and the maintence guys were here almost upon me hanging up the phone and the repair was completed within a few minutes. Nice interior, but that's all. - I moved here to shorten my commute to work and the place looked pretty nice. Great place to live I lived at Beekman Gardens for 2 and a half years and it is a great place to live. The maintenance and staff are friendly and helpful. Someone just told me about this site and I do not agree with the bad reviews. I enjoyed living here and would recommend it.

don't live here I lived there and disliked it greatly. They tell you you control the heat but thats a lie. Appliances are old and don't work well. Maitenance doesn't come when you call. Walls are VERY thin. Rent is cheapest in area and its safe but those are the ONLY good things.

No heating The heating system is horrible.... The room temp. is between 60 to 65 during the winter. If you can survive at this temp. you are ready to move in.
Another important thing is the heating bill will be around 800 to 1200 per month for a 2 bed room apartment.

Crap Elevator did not work for 3 months. Management does not respond to repairs. Insulation is horrible. No stairs so when the elevator is broke, you need to wait forever.
