Windows are not properly insulated. It's a nightmare in winter. Extremely high electricity bills in winter (as high as $600/month), trust me we paid those high bills.

Beware...Same owner as Hillsborough Gardens Beekman Gardens are known througout Hillsborough as the most unsafe and you can look this up with Somerset county Court located in Somerville, NJ. I don't live there but there isn't one resident of Hillsborough who hasn't heard of Beekman
